Teklus Construction works with the homeowners to design and build a 3-structure residential project in Palomino Valley off Pyramid Highway (north of Reno / Sparks area). It consists of 3 pre-engineered multi-story metal buildings, septic setup, gravel driveway, and other site improvements.
Teklus Construction designs and builds a commercial tenant improvement project in the midtown of Reno, Nevada. Renovating the interior of the historical building originally built in 1940s, the project provides multi-tenant spaces tailored to their business and creates an environment that enables people to work in great comfort. The exterior is preserved to retain the historical value of the building and keep it mixed into the neighborhood.
Since 2019, Teklus has been a founding sponsor of Reno Tahoe Piano Competition, an annual event in which young pianists compete for cash prizes and sponsor awards. We are pleased to be a part of their musical growth and provide performance opportunities in front of guest adjudicators, sponsors, and public audiences.
Cleaning and sealing the unfinished control joints of the concrete floor, Teklus Construction supports a commercial client to maintain the safety of the operation. We use a UV resistant, semi-rigid, and rapid curing polyurea joint filler that enables a fast turnaround and minimize an impact to the client’s operation. The project cleans and seals 44,500 feet of the control joints in 235,500 sf of the production area.
Teklus Construction contracts to build two metal storage structures at Animal Ark Reno that is a non-profit organization providing a safe shelter to animals in need. The structures are to store agricultural equipment essential to their operation. For our contribution and supports to the organization, a part of our services are provided as pro-bono.
Teklus Construction consulted a homeowner who was concerned about roof beams damaged by weather. The beams were located approximately 50 feet from the ground, and the house was sitting on a hill. Scaffolding was erected for safe access. Custom powder-coated metal flashings were provided to match the existing wood beams.
